Ken Fisher is a registered Architect and Construction Lawyer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has served roles ranging from project team advisor to neutral facilitator, helping resolve issues through litigation, mediation, and negotiated settlement.
Professional Experience & Leadership
Ken has worked extensively with public, quasi-public, and private entities on contract negotiations, GMP agreements, and large, multi-phase project planning. His unique perspective comes from his service as an Assistant Attorney General and as a member of the Ohio Construction Reform Working Group, where he helped draft rules, contracts, and related documents that shaped Ohio’s construction policy.
