Registered Architect & Construction Lawyer | Neutral Facilitator

Ken Fisher is a registered Architect and Construction Lawyer with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has served roles ranging from project team advisor to neutral facilitator, helping resolve issues through litigation, mediation, and negotiated settlement.

Professional Experience & Leadership

Ken has worked extensively with public, quasi-public, and private entities on contract negotiations, GMP agreements, and large, multi-phase project planning.
His unique perspective comes from his service as an Assistant Attorney General and as a member of the Ohio Construction Reform Working Group, where he helped draft rules, contracts, and related documents that shaped Ohio’s construction policy.

Thought Leadership & Recognition

In addition to his legal and facilitation work, Ken is a frequent lecturer and published author on project delivery systems, owner–constructor financial arrangements, and construction-related insurance.
He has mediated numerous complex partnering sessions and is recognized for his ability to help teams identify and resolve issues early.
